Happy National Nutrition and Women's History Month!

March is a big month, celebrating two of my favorite things, food and the woman! And when I celebrate these two things it is from a place of creating food equality and intersectional feminism. My goal for this month is to put up daily (or close to daily) ways we can help ourselves through food, self-care, and wellness and how that can translate to helping and advocating for others....
